Each week focuses on one key area of transformation, using proven mindset tools, guided exercises, and compassionate support delivered in a small, like-minded community. Everything is designed to reduce overwhelm, replace guesswork, and eliminate the need to struggle alone.

Hi, I’m Lucinda, and I’m delighted you’re here!

I’m a seasoned life coach on a joyful mission to transform the menopause experience for ambitious, professional women like you. Why? Because I’ve walked this path myself. I vividly remember those relentless headaches—like an Oompa Loompa stubbornly tap-dancing on my head—alongside that infamous brain fog that loved to strike right in the middle of important meetings, snatching words from my mind exactly when I needed them most. And to top it off, when I sought medical support, I was simply told, "there's nothing wrong." and "you're not old enough to be perimenopausal" Sound familiar?

Unable to take HRT and frustrated by limited traditional solutions, I leaned into what I’ve always believed in: the power of the mind. Refusing to see menopause as the end, I embraced it as my "second spring," exploring alternative strategies, mindset mastery, and creative empowerment. This personal journey sparked my passion and clarity—I wanted to support other women in discovering their strength, joy, and freedom through menopause.
